IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

The project regards the setup of an IT infrastructure to support 500 users within 2 years. The users are mainly Office users and 2D/3D designers. As a member of the technical team, the IT engineer will be involved mainly in customer support in Windows environment. A strong organizational skill is mandatory because he/she will also be in charge of the IT´s administration (documentation, inventory etc.)

We are looking for a good all-rounder as this position requires skills in various technical areas, such as windows environment, networking and administration. He/she will report their work efficiently. He/she will work in an international environment (FI,DE,FR) where English is the working language. He/she will work in a very high availability environment and therefore must be located in the area of Olkiluoto and have flexible personal time management. As we are a small team dealing with large technical scope, he/she should be able to back up his/her colleagues who are in charge of other domains (network, system).

Requirements:

University Degree in IT or other equivalent.

Very strong organizational skill is a must.

Ability to work under pressure.

Fluent English, German is a plus.

Experience in 2D/3D environment is a plus.

Customer support skills: windows environment, office software, windows servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, Echange, GPO, Netbackup), TCP/IP, LAN, Unix, Linux.
